Cause
This error occurs when:
The clinic session you are trying to end date has time slots that overlap with another active session, or
The system detects conflicting dates/time ranges between existing sessions in the same clinic.
The system blocks the change to ensure clinics do not contain duplicate, conflicting, or overlapping session entries.
Resolution
If you receive an overlapping error when trying to end‑date a clinic session:
Type talk to a person into the Digital Assistant chat.
The Digital Assistant will automatically connect you to a live support agent.
When prompted, provide:
The clinic name.
The session you are trying to end date.
Any specific dates/times involved.
This will allow Support to investigate the overlapping configuration and correct it on your behalf.
