Requesting New ED Whiteboards, Tracking Boards, Beds or Bays

How to request setup or changes to ED departments, beds, bays, and tracking boards in Oceano.

Issue

You may need to:

  • Create a new whiteboard or tracking board.

  • Add new beds or bays to an ED department.

  • Change existing beds or bays for a location.

  • Set up a new ED department, sub‑department, area or location.

Cause

These configurations cannot be completed by end users. ED department beds, bays, and boards require configuration by support.

Resolution

  1. Open the Digital Assistant.

  2. Type talk to a person.

  3. You will be connected to a live support agent who can set this up for you.

  4. Please include the following details in your request:

    • The department or area.

    • The beds/bays you need added or changed.

    • Any new whiteboard or tracking board settings required.
