Issue
You are trying to enter an outcome for an appointment, but the RTT status field is greyed out. As RTT is mandatory, this prevents you from completing the outcome.
Guidance
If you are unable to enter an outcome because the RTT status is not available:
Open the Digital Assistant.
Type talk to a person.
You will be connected to a live support agent who can help resolve the issue.
Please include the following details when speaking with an agent:
Appointment date and time.
Patient details.
What happened when you tried to record the outcome.
